CHANGE TO ADULT DEPENDANT RELATIVES RULES AND REQUIREMENTS
To Change the provisions, regulations & formulation of: The Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Act 2009: Relating to: Adult Dependent Relatives: Rules and Guidance: Apendix FM Section FM 6.0
Rules: An Amendment must be made to the Rules; IT SHOULD INCLUDE THE PROVISION FOR; Applicants who are immediate family members, over 18 & under 65 who do not require as a result of age, illness or disability, the need for long-term personal care.
Eligibility: An Amendment and Improvement must be made to these Requirements; The Requirements should make allowance for relatives that do not require long-term care as a result of age, illness or disability.
There should be a seperate, different, alternative category that will allow or make provision for family members that are, over 18 & under 65, that are not ill, or require long-term care
Make provision for normal family members! Not everybody needs care!
