Child benefit - should based on household income

Additional Information

Families where one or two partners earn £50,000 to £60,000 have lost all or most of their child benefit. While if a household has two earners and each are paid just under £50,000 they have retained their child benefit.

Therefore a single parent of 2 earning over 60k is losing over £1,600 a year while those with a joint income of £99k with 2 children are still benefiting.

It is unfair and unjust and must be reviewed to be based on a HOUSEHOLD income level.
