Child Benefits

Additional Information

I petition that the 'High Income limit Child Benefit Tax Charge' should no longer be based on an individuals earnings but on the combined wage of both parents/guardians. The limit should also be increased to that of the average salary of two working adults (£53,000)

Under the Current system it is unfair that a family with one income of £50,000 a year receives nothing while another family with both parents working and earning £42,000 each still receive benefits
