Combine all similar e-petitions to get true support
When the same plea appears under many different headings they should all be combined so that the true extent of the support can be judged. Also, if that is done, there is more chance of the necessary number of signatures being achieved.
The return of the death penalty and leaving the EU would be two good starters.
