Companies cannot re register or change name if there are any legal judgements outstanding against them

Additional Information

Companies who refuse to abide by the ruling of County Court Judgements and Industrial Tribunals will not be allowed to change the name of the said company or make any changes to its day to day operations that would allow them to avoid the enforcement of such a judgement. Industrial Tribunal judgements MUST be legally enforceable
