Consolidate e-petitions for the same or similar subject matter
There are many e-petition duplicates or e-petition who share similar subject matter that should be consolidated. Where an e-petition includes more than more topic, they too could be cross referenced and/or consolidated.
It is not clear which department is responsible for e-petition amendments.
