Control how estate agents increase property values. Regulate estate agents in UK
Regulate house price inflations annually via the government.
Estate agents increase property values and control the house prices in the UK.Estate agents create property values and have monopoly over the market.Estate agents benefit but buyers cannot afford to live in rented / private accommodation
Just look at the property market / rental market its out of control and unaffordable for majority of the UK!
30% price increase in a year? How sustainable is that?
If the Bank of England interest rates rise there will be a mass load of 1st time buyers in debt. Rentals will prices will be higher as a result and social housing will need to increase to support people unable to afford private rental properties. Its a no brainer, control house price increases and keep it fair for all!
