Convicted London rioters should be shackled to lamp posts

Additional Information

Any persons convicted of criminal acts during the current riots should be punished by being shackled to a lamp post for up to 8 hours per day for a set number of days. Those shackled will not be permitted to cover their faces. This punishment costs the country very little and will be a good deterrent.
