Post UK riots, law to be changed that any youths aged between 16-21 with a custodial sentence of +2yrs (convicted for violent/serious crimes such as murder, rape, etc) either do a mandatory 2 yrs military service or, if that's an enfringement on their civil rights, the option to do 2 yrs military service.
