This article in the Guardian newspaper outlines that although the Equality and Human Rights Commission and Council of Europe, have both agreed that Cornish should be recognised as a national minority. the government did not agree that it fits the definition within the Race Relations Act (Superceeded the Equality Act 2010).

As government removes more and more rights from the people, Kernow King has 'said it like it is'...........

So reopen the debate, we need 100,000 signitures for this to be debated in the House of Commons. Thats almost a 1/6 of Cornwall, please sign and share :)
