Council Tax Exemption for all students doing NC to access to HNC courses across Glasgow and Scotland

Additional Information

Please sign this and spread the word, even if it does not affect you, its is morally wrong and it could affect anyone you know going back to education.

Full-time Students who have enrolled in NC courses that go into access to HNC courses come mid-January are not exempt from council tax as they "fall short" of the 21 week courses length. Even though we are at college full time, we are expected to pay council tax, this draconian threat is putting many off the choice of going back to education and trying to purse there dreams and better themselves, all due to a small technicality that should not be an issue. Please spread the word and let's get the ball rolling, not only does this affect myself and class mates personally, it affects anyone who might not have a strong academic base who needs to start from scratch.
