COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS V BRITISH HOME OFFICE ON DNA

Additional Information

The court of human rights voted by 17 judges that the Uk is wrong in retaining dna of any uncharged person, so why is the home office in breach of this ruling which they signed up to adopt on any rulings by this court, does not make sense and appears the home office is above international law.

We need this ruling to be put in place on none charged persons to give justice.
