Create a devolved English Parliament to enact laws relating to England
It is unfair that England so not have their on Parliament separate from Westminster when all the other constituent countries of the United Kingdom do. We vote MPs for the UK and we want to vote English Members of Parliament for England. Also give Wales and NI the same devolution as Scotland
