Abolish the present E.U. parliament and replace this with a virtual assembly based upon weekly large screen televised video conferences with translation. This Underpinned by a new basic treaty granting free and fare trade, environmental protection, animal welfare, national soverenty and border control. Cost savings allocated to development in poorer member states at the behest of the new council of senior sitting ministers under public scrutiny.Hence greater union, autonomy and open democracy within Europe. . .
