Create legislation that makes it a legal static requirement of all employers to pay for public/bank holidays in the uk regardless of contract ageement

All employee's should be given the right to paid leave by employers of all Named Announced public/bank holidays including from time to time those announced by the sovereign of the uk to celebrate special occassions for part time workers this should be paid in lieu to mark the day so all those in the uk benefit from these important annual holidays ...
