cyclists should be insured & registered
Cyclists have a lot of money spent on lanes and parking for them yet, they persistently ride on the pavement; go through traffic lights;,down one way streets the wrong way and damage cars with no comeback .There is no control to prevent all of this. They pose a real danger to pedestrians and motorists, .A real workablel deterrent is needed, thus this petition!!! If cyclists were insured they would be liable for damage and if registered they could be reported for braeaking the law which they do persistently because they can!!!
