Death Penalty For Murder Of Members Of HM Forces And Emergency Services
Parliament to debate the restoration of the death penalty for the pre-meditated murder of members of HM Armed Forces and the Emergency Services whether on or off duty, where the motive for the murder is related to the Victims’ service and where there is irrefutable evidence of the guilt of the accused.
