Debt Free Notes

Additional Information

As the National Debt is owed by the government who continually borrows from a private bank issuing notes at debt makes the debt unpayable. We would like the Treasury of the government to print its own debt free notes to settle this debt and set our economy up for a boom as Iceland have demonstrated.
