That the Honours and Forfeiture Committee - Chairman Sir Bob Kerslake - convenes the Committee to consider a proposal to facilitate the Prime Minister to advocate to The Deputy Prime Minister and Lord President of the Privy Council - to advise - Her Majesty, The Queen – to forfeit Macshane’s entitlement to be known as the “Right Honourable”; that his name be removed from the Roll of Most Honourable Members of Her Majesty’s Privy Council; owing to the House of Commons – Standards’ and Privileges Committee censure - that 19 false invoices were submitted to the Parliamentary Authority which were "plainly intended to deceive", – 12 months disqualification from sitting as a M.P. ; obligated to resign as a M.P. by means of the Crown Steward and Bailiff of the Chiltern Hundreds; resignation from the Labour party - recovened Metropolitan Police Specialist Economic Crime Command Investigation.
