Disciplining of children
Review the law on smacking of children and allow parents to take responsibiltiy back into their hands for the discipline of their offspring. The bible says "spare the rod and spoil the child"; we are now reaping the seeds ot the lack of discipline in the home and in schools, and we need to urgently review what we have done.
