BBC BOSS WANTS TO MAKE THE I PLAYER INCLUDED IN THE LICENCE FEE, WHICH MEANS THAT ANYONE WITH A COMPUTER OR SMARTPHONE WILL BE INCLUDED AND HAVE TO PAY THE LICENCE FEE.
