Don't let the UKBA take my husband away from me

The UKBA have decided to remove my husband Suranga Wijethunga after he mistakenly worked outside of his visa. He has been in the UK 4 1/2 years, is integrated into society, speaks English and he is an honest and hard working person. The UK is his home.

Suranga worked for a sponsor on a domestic visa, but she got him a job with a cleaning company and assured him it was ok. She made business cards in his name. For this reason the UKBA have made him a person liable to be detained and taken his passport.

Suranga helps older people in the community for free, and is loved by my family.

I can't afford to sponsor Suranga on a marriage visa so if he isn't given leave to remain he will be sent to Sri Lanka.

The Human Rights Act article 8 states that we all have a right to a family life and a marriage.

Please sign this and show support. I love my husband, please help us stop the UKBA from ruining our marriage and life.
