Ease Naturalisation Criminality Treshold
Non custodial sentence for a driving offence is not a criminal offence but people cannot apply for naturalisation. This sets them back 3 years.
Home office should ease the Criminality threshold or at least the oppertunity to explain the circumstances.
Applications should be assessed on individual basis.
