Employment Tribunal Fees = Denied Access to Justice

Additional Information

The implementation of Employment Tribunal fees not only restricts access to justice for unfairly treated employees but it also gives a license for employers to ignore current legislation in the knowledge that the employee may not be able to afford the fees.
