Enact legislation to ensure the new Breast Implant Register is paid for by the plastic surgeons who carry put the procedures.

Additional Information

To pay for this out of taxpayer pounds would be amoral. It affects so few of us, and not many male taxpayers, so, therefore, those people who profit HUGELY from carrying out the procedures should bear the cost of their creations AND NOT THE TAXPAYER.
