End to Scottish MP voting rights

Additional Information

In view of increasing devolution for Scotland, as promised by all main parties during the Scottish independence referendum, we call on the government to implement the following amendments

1. Scottish MPs should immediately and by constitutional reform be excluded from votes on matters where the legislation does not impact Scotland.
2. A reduction in the salary of Scottish MPs shall be effected to reflect the reduced scope of Scottish MPs within the Westminster assembly.
3. With effect from May 2015 it shall not be poossible to be a member of the Scottish parliament and the UK parliament.
4. An immediate end to the Barnett formula which is used by the Scottish Parliament to subsidise preferential tax policies for Scottish citizens
