This petition is to allow the palace of Westminster to be used as the home of the UK government and English government this should be done by stopping non English MP from voting on issues that have been devolved in other UK states (Scotland). The English Parliament have been based at the palace of Westminster long before the UK government existed and should be allowed to be based there, as it part of the history of England.
