Equality - Control Earnings Differentials

The increasing pay differentials within society, considered unfair by many, and clearly destructive of social cohesion should be addressed urgently.
It is therefore proposed that regulations be introduced to limit the maximum differential in total remuneration of any kind within any organisation between the most senior and most junior employee to a multiple of -say- 40.
