Establish an independent body to 'fact check' claims during election campaigns.
The EU referendum has been marked by the deliberate dishonesty and outright lies of parts of the campaigns. Whilst it's important to ensure that everyone can voice their opinion and to protect freedom of speech, our democracy is diminished when "facts" are contradictory or untrue.
