Make our UK Streets safer for people and today's Youth. Every Retail purchase made by a person must produce ID , proof of address (much like a television for licensing purposes).This may significantly help police to save time and money and also to identify the perpetrator(s) leading to a conviction.

OBJECTIVE
-Licenced retail outlets allowed to sell knives and blades.
-Knives and blades to have concealed & tamper proof serial number.
-Registration of knives & blades via Metropolitan Police Website including Lost & Stolen.
-Photo ID, Proof of Address shown at point of sale.
-CCTV installation means cases of identity fraud can be traced.
-Knives & Blades sold in sealed boxes - Not shelf sales.
-Ban on websites selling knives into the UK meaning a closed domestic market to Knife & Blade sales
