Exempt litigants-in-person from cost orders

Petition Details

With no legal aid, low income persons are forced to be litigants in person. Judges do not decide in favour of litigants-in-person almost as a rule. They use their discretion to favour the rich and represented party. Astronomical costs are then imposed on the poor litigant-in-person. This is unjust.
