Extend parking duration on Foregate Street, Worcester to 90 mins

To extend the duration from 45 mins to 90 mins for on street parking on Forgate Street to benefit the various small businesses (the Courts, Police Station, Art Gallery & Museum, cafes) by allowing customers to have enough time to make purchases, enjoy a meal without the pressure of having to move the car.
