For the rehabilitation of delinquents to repay infrastructure/physical damages caused by community service sentences
Delinquents of any ages causing infrastructure damages should repay to the society equalling the amount of hours of work to the amount of damages caused.
This taking into account the degree of their involvement in damaging infrastructures.
This would be an alternative to withdrawing benefit to any convicted delinquents, rioters, looters or incendiaries.
This would rehabilitate delinquents and make them understand the price of labour that has been put in what they have destroyed.
This would give delinquents a sense of purpose in shaping up and creating or rebuilding what they have destroyed and also teach them or educate them while working.
This would give delinquents a sense of value to what they are building and would help them in protecting it.
