For there to be an 'I disagree' option towards individual HM Government e-petitions
I disagree with some of the e-petitions that I see and am unable to show it.
I believe that an option to show 'disagreement' would help the government see how much real support there is for an issue if there is a low number of people choosing to disagree, or how controversial that issue really is, when as many people disagree with the petition as are 'for' it.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
