Force those that can afford it to share the immigration housing burden

Additional Information

Local authorites that have a housing list for locals who have waited over 1 year should be mandated to:

1) Force people with 2 spare rooms or more to house immigrants, asylum seekers and refugees who are on the waiting list.

2) Execute compulsary purchase orders on those with land that is part of a private estate, where the private estate has not been used for farming purposes for most of the last decade. Purchased land should have portable prefabicrated property built on it to house immigrants, asylum seekers and refugees who are on the waiting list.

3) Asylum seekers, immigrants and refugees who have not paid into the system for the past 10 years should "take or leave" the first accomdation they are shown and be removed from the housing list.
