We the 48% petition the government to allow us to keep european citizenship of the european union, and have the right to complain to the european ombudsman, and have the right of protection from the European Court and to protect us from discrimination by letting us

Citizenship of the EU is the responsibility of the EU, not the UK Government or Parliament. You could start a new petition asking the Government to try to negotiate this option for UK citizens as part of the UK's exit from the EU.
