Mental health needs to be discussed in PSE in Secodary Schools, children need to know about this about one of the biggest problems we have in todays society. They need to know about bullying, anxiety, depression,ADHD,Bipolar,PTSD, Self Harm, Suicide and Addiction.
Children need to know the signs and symptoms, how to help themselves or others around them. They need to know that they are not alone and that there is help.
So many people go though mental illnesses alone and it needs to be stopped.
