Give catering and hospitality workers boxing day off.
Every year hospitality staff work tirelessly to cater for the masses over the festive period. The vast majority of workers excluding essential services get Christmas off to spend with families and friends. Understandably many pubs open Christmas day, but why not give them boxing day off ?

We can't accept your petition because its about something the UK Government or Parliament is not responsible for.
This would be the responsibility of employers in those industries.
You could start a new petition calling on the UK Government or Parliament to change the law to give a legal right for employees to have certain Bank Holidays off if that is what you would like to happen.
