Give free travel to all aged 60+ years in England; as in London and rest of UK.
People aged 60+ years get a free travel pass if they live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland. If they live in London, they get free travel within London. People aged 60+ years living in England will spend far more money on transport before they get a free pass at state retirement age.
