Give the RSPCA, Local Councils & Police more powers to tackle animal abuse.

Petition Details

We all know or have heard of the horrific conditions in which some animals are being kept, many are being abused, neglected & starved, some die due to this cruelty, more powers need to be put in place to ensure the regulatory authorities have more powers to put an end to this practice.
