Give the whole of the UK a vote on Scottish independence

Additional Information

The people of England, Northern Ireland and Wales call for a UK wide vote on Scottish independence. The decision on if Scotland leaves the United Kingdon will effect the Union as a whole. Further more some constituents belonging to the rest of the U.K other than Scotland may wish to see Scotland become independent.
