Petition Action

Grant Isimeli Baleiwai (Bale) British Army veteran of 13 years Citizenship in the UK

Additional Information

Lance Corporal Baleiwai - known as "Bale" served in for 13 years in the British Army, including tours in Iraq, Afganistan, Ireland, Bosnia. He left the army voluntarily as the army are downsizing, only then to find out that he has no right to stay in the UK due to a record of him fighting (which it is recorded he did not start) that was handled by his commanding officer.

This is an outrage and morally wrong and must be overturned.
