Additional Information

Make it compulsory for ALL motorcyclists to drive with headlamp on dip beam at all times of day and night and to have a red high intensity lamp on the rear of the bike in daylight and to wear an orange r yellow hi vis jacket with reflective strips attached. This will reduce the death rate among motor cyclists
