H.I.B- Help Improve Bannisters is a campaign to get the local government (Harrow Borough Council) to give Bannisters track more money to improve the facilities.It desperately needs a new track, changing rooms and more sports available. Its important to the local community as it helps kids get off the streets, gets them healthier and inspire a generation.
