Homeland Security. Petition to set up a National Guard
We the undersigned demand that a National Guard be set up roughly similar to the American model in order that in time of civil disturbance reserves can be called up to aid the police and civil powers. Entry to be open to all citizens of good character aged between 18-60. Terms of reference including the use of lethal force if necessary in order to restore peace and order to our streets.
