MY PETITION IS TO STOP HORSE RIDERS RIDING ABREAST ON THE PUBLIC HIGHWAY. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS ACT BOTH FOR THE RIDER HORSE AND DRIVERS WHOM TAKE CHANCES AT GETTING BY THE HORSES OFTEN ON WINDING COUNTRY ROADS. RIDERS WILL TELL YOU THEY ARE PROTECTING SHY HORSES. IF A HORSE IS SHY OF CARS, THEN RIDE IT IN A FIELD. MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, THE RIDERS JUST WANT TO POODLE ALONG AND HAVE A GOOD CHAT. OBLIVIOUS TO MASSIVE TAIL BACK BUILT UP BEHIND THEM.
