HOUSING CRISIS, Build more Council Housing not Social Housing
There is a confusion after PM states council housing and the media then goes on to announce it as social housing. Thus is it council or housing associations to develop. Or is it deliberate semantics?
Council Housing built at council rent levels.
Affordable social housing at 80% of market value rents.
Private owned housing for rent at unregulated levels.
