if you only want to ride a lambretta or vespa why do you have to take your test on a motorbike

Additional Information

If you want to ride a classic scooter why do you have to pass your test on a motorbike that puts scooter riders at a disadvantage of passing the test.And as scooters are not that fast that would coincide with the goverment cutting down on faster vehicles of which scooter riders dont want to ride
