Immigration - New Rules and Significant delays, trap international students and are loosing universities and business billions

Additional Information

The UKBA is so far behind in dealing with applications, international students have been trapped in the UK, Universities and Businesses are loosing billions of pounds. The UKBA website reports 65% of cases are dealt with in under 4 weeks, however when you speak to them the time frame is actually 5 months. If you search "new visa system the cost of uk economy" you will have an idea of the full extent of the problem.

Here are a few examples:-

The government needs review this process and the timeframe taken to complete it to bring it back in line.
