Impose 50 mph maximum speed limit

The maximum speed limit should be reduced to 50 mph on all roads.

Benefits include:
- reduced fuel consumption
- smoother, less stressful driving
- increased journey times incentivise more people to go by train instead

Average speed check cameras could be installed on all motorways and trunk roads to enforce compliance
